Dx, I am not an expert on discord. but it offers security of com. but it takes some time and actual use in the game or process to learn to to integrate in smooth play. But consider voice would allow com with out one having to loose visual focus, especially during an attack or prepping for an attack. not all will embrace it. but any how take the time to ingrate voice will be able to adapt prep and attacks much faster than those who do not. I first heard of discord by asking my son (45) who plays team shotter games. I saw how well the group of 4 or 5 playes as one.

I see the exact application in planning and in attacks. In real cmbat flying there is always a wingman who uses general vision to warn the focused attacker about danger he ma miss during an attack. final battle prep is another time of inense focus in a localized area. Especially in border indian country.

lolo used to be before becomming leader. lolo IMHO is oout to lunch seeing phantoms.
But is lolo's last rund is true then you should dicuss with lolo about the tricks

more disturctive of unity than anything I can think of.
lolo rund mesages are mostly about lolo personal needs showing no concerns about the game.
I have also noticed that several leaders have been away for hundreds of hours at a time.
IMHO any leader who is going to be away for more than, let's pick 96 hours

My idea of a more rational bases for picking leaders.

1. KPA Kpoints / bases should also be a consideration.
2. And does that player ever build lvl3 repair bases.
When I goto a MAP I look for lvl3 repair first.
I do not need to be a leader, I do not want to be a leader.
I am interested in finding any players who understand the power
of voice com or unlimited text com using a non game source like discord.
My leadership of real life retired warfighters (team yankee) and decades of engineering work in
defense systems design validation verification integration and test make me certain
that live real time com would improve NOCASH warfighting capabilty several fold.
FYI, Team Yankee currently has 403 bases accross 11 NOCASH maps We started with
Toe's 4 bases on 234 in March 2020.
I quit the game when ho's were just introduced and was a hal and karl advocate.
When I returned in March 2020 I reanalzed all the troup specs and concluded HO's were
a game changer. Then as I used them I determined karls were very group inefficent as
each requires 2 or three MP4 for sustained attacks. But ho's cannot be used an many situations
with out extreme cautions.
