       lolo used to be before becomming leader.    lolo IMHO is out to lunch seeing phantoms.
       
       But if lolo's last rund is true then you should dicuss with lolo about the tricks 
       how whomever is trying to disrupt the allance.  Anonylmous allegations are
       more disturctive of unity than anything I can think of.
       
       I will observe, 
       lolo rund mesages are mostly about lolo personal needs showing no concerns about the game.
       Lolo committed  lolo(NOCASH) honor in rund mail.

       lacostte has quit the alliance.
       Team Yankee went too 505 and broke the blocade quickly.    Team Yankee lost several P38 and other troops.
       That is not a problem but lacostte had build no lvl3 repair and that led to to eventual loss of P38.
       So I was not going to have Team Yankee commit HO.     I do not know if any other members of the alliance
       went to 505.    lacostte was wiped from 505 and  there is no NOCASH presence there now.   
    
       
       I have also noticed that several leaders have been away for  hundreds of hours at a time.
       
       IMHO any leader who is  going to be away for more than, let's pick 96 hours
       1. Should inform the leader.
       2. should appoint a replacementfor the time
       absent.     
       3. If the leader is not informed then the  leader should pick a replacement.   
       4. A leader who does not inform  should not automatically be restored as a leader.
       5. All current leaders should be informed about leaders who have to be absent.
       
       My idea of a more rational bases for picking leaders.
       
       IF you wish to use the points,  bases  count as a requirement. whatever. 
       
       I also suggest 
       1.  KPA  Kpoints / bases should also be a consideration.
       2. And does that player ever build lvl3 repair bases.    
       
       When I goto a MAP I look for lvl3 repair first.
       
       I do not need to be a leader,    I do not want to be a leader.
       
       I am interested in finding any players who understand the power
       of voice com or unlimited text com using a non game source like discord.
       
       My leadership of real life retired warfighters (team yankee) and decades of engineering work in
       defense systems design validation verification integration and test make me certain
       that live real time com would improve NOCASH warfighting capabilty several fold.
       
       FYI,  Team Yankee currently has 403 bases accross 11 NOCASH maps    We started with
       Toe's 4 bases on 234 in March 2020.   
       This 5 minutes Team Yankee has 485,000 ponts     a KPA of  1.2
       
       Team Yankee is on 11 NOCASH or predominint NOCASH maps and on the 8 maps where all Team Yankee members are present
       at least two members have lvl3 repair.
